Christmas / Nancy Stratmann (Mother)

Christmas was always a very special time for Suzanne.  She loved decorating and giving gifts.  (She liked getting them too :)

One year, when Suzanne and her brother Brian were little, we decorated the tree while listening to Christmas music.  After the tree was all decorated and the lights lit, we danced around the room to Kenny & Dolly's Christmas song, "With Bells On".

I miss Suzanne so much, Christmas without her is like a "day without sunshine".  So, I try to imagine what Christmas will be like for her this year.  Spending Christmas with Jesus, "the reason for the season", has to be an awesome experience.  The Christmas carols in Heaven, being sung by angels, must truly be the ultimate entertainment.  The celebration of Christmas in the presence of Jesus, Himself, is something that goes on eternally.  I imagine Suzanne's smile is brighter than ever now.
